Tickets Look Sold Out But I'm a Qualified Attendee to Discount ...

If you're a qualified attendee discount(Ruby committer, student, and so on), 'Add your self to waiting list' and select your discount ticket type. We organizing team make you attending manually via the admin panel (It takes a few moment).

Note: Discount tickets are limited quantity. if you can't choose your discount type, it must sold out.

Unfortunately, Super EarlyBird and Early Bird ticket don't have the waiting list.
You cannot make a line for these ticket type. Thanks for your cooperation!

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED TO PERTICIPANTS WHO CANCEL. HOWEVER YOU CAN TRANSFER YOUR TICKET TO OTHER PERSON AT YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY. THANKS FOR YOUR COOPERATION <3

• Last Batch - Regular Price Ticket: 35,000 JPY

Ruby committers can get discounts from Super EarlyBird price (20,000 JPY) depends on your all-time commits to Ruby itself:

• 100% off if you have 200 commits or more (Free)
• 50% for 50 commits (10,000 JPY)
• 20% for 1 or more commits (16,000 JPY)

Ruby Reference Manual(rurema) Contributor

Ruby Reference Manual(rurema) committers can get discounts from Super EarlyBird price (20,000 JPY) depends on your commits until rev 5710 to Ruby Reference Manual repository:

• 100% off if you have 200 commits or more (Free)
• 50% for 50 commits (10,000 JPY)
• 20% for 1 or more commits (16,000 JPY)

This will be expired in the end of April 2013.

Regional RubyKaigi Organizer

• 10,000 JPY (Limited Quantity)

This will be expired in the end of April 2013.
